Packaged assets should come with the keyboard base and layout as layers as you have them displayed here, to make it game ready if you want to have the whole keyboard as an option. (Example has shadows too)
I do like having the keys separated on a tile sheet, but both would be ideal if I don't want to layout the keyboard myself the first time.
Small thing, but would help this align with the pictures you have.

So do you have to layout each key one by one in the file or are they already in the correct locations?
